Lýsing

Designed in 1971, Panthella stands out as one of Verner Panton’s design icons with its unique expression where both the stand and the shade served as a reflector, thanks to the organic shapes that are characteristic of the Danish designer. The Panthella 250 Portable Lamp is a downscaled edition of Verner Panton’s popular Panthella 400 Table lamp, which makes for easy placement on windowsills, shelves, or tables. Regardless of which colour or material you choose, the Panthella 250 Portable Lamp will provide exceptional light to all surroundings.

Verner Panton

Verner Panton var fæddur í Danmörku árið 1926. Hann útskrifaðist sem arkitekt frá Konunglegu Listaakademíunni í Kaupmannahöfn árið 1951. Verner Panton er talinn einn áhrifamesti hönnuður Danmerkur á síðustu öld í húsgagna- og innanhússhönnun. Á ferli sínum hannaði hann frumlega og framandi hluti og vann mikið með plast í björtum og skærum litum undir áhrifum 7unda áratugarins.
